I just wanted to give a shoutout to @phoenixhomecomfort. We have an Onyx unit that was maintained by Russell & Abbott. As most of you know, R&A went under and our unit busted earlier this season, leaving our house too cold for even OUR taste. Sam with Phoenix Home Comfort was able to come out and help assess the problem and fix it!!! If you're looking for someone to replace R&A, give them a call!!!

Fantastic service. I highly recommend this company. They came that day and gave us excellent advice. The people who answered my call were very kind.

So relieved that Phoenix Home Comfort is knowledgeable about the Onyx units we purchased from Russell and Abbott and can continue our maintenance and troubleshooting. Have recently worked with Augie and Jesse, and both of them were on top of getting one unit repaired and the first of a 2x/year service check up for both units. I’m very happy with my experience, and will be a repeat customer. Shout out to Kayla in the office, too.

My service technician (Jesse) did a very thorough job of checking out my HVAC units, explaining what he found as he went through it. He was very friendly and considerate.

We also had an Onyx system installed by Russel and Abbott. So this was a routine checkup on our system (1 year old) and an evaluation of the HVAC technician. I was very pleased with the technician. He seemed very knowledgeable of my system and had the installation records for it. He answered all of my questions, gave the system a thorough checkup, and didn't try to up-sell me on anything. I think I found a good HVAC company.

Recently found out the the new owner of Russell and Abbott Heating / Air had filed bankruptcy and left us “out in the cold”. Did my homework to find a new HVAC specialist and called the good people at Phoenix Home Comfort. Scheduling: A+. The service visit: A+. Glad to have found a great team of professionals and look forward to working with them in the future. Highly recommend.
