With over 15 years of combined experience in customer service and trades, with a focus on heating, cooling, and home comfort, Sam and Augie founded Phoenix Home Comfort. After being part of the layoff at Russell and Abbott Sam and Augie felt they could take the knowledge and skills they gained while working for R&A and open their own company that would still give back to the community the level of service and professionalism they are accustomed to. With their families’ support and a desire to continue a legacy of excellent service to the community, Phoenix Home Comfort’s mission is to “rise above expectations” and bring fresh energy to the home services industry.
